Welcome to the Lesson for Sunday titled The Battle for Heaven. Here we begin discussing the prophecy in Revelations!
Jesus died for us on the cross, a man with no sin. And we people just let him die, we didn’t care, we wanted to release a murderer over him. Jesus dying on the cross was the ultimate sacrifice for us. God gave his only son so we could all be forgiven and one day meet him in heaven. An all-loving, all-sacrificing, good God. Remember his sacrifice as we begin the new week before our Easter weekend, the anniversary of Jesus dying, resting, and resurrecting to forgive us of all of our sins so we may be saved.
Have you given your life to God?
God gave his only son to forgive us and we need only pray to God for help through our hard times in life. So why don’t we? We shouldn’t let earthly desires get ahead of God, we should make time for him every day, even if it’s only 15 minutes. Because God desires a relationship with us, so let’s give it to him. He lets us wake up every day, and lets us get through the day without anything bad happening, so let’s give him our thanks.
